This is just an issue with the windows installer not returning the
expected value (which has changed slightly going into Win7). So the
install is fine, as you say, but Windows is worried. :)
I believe NSIS had the same issue and that it was fixed between 2.44 and
2.46. I have no idea what the fix was, but I thought I'd let you know
that I've seen it before. :)
