Thanks. ;)

I am an Android user, so I don't really get the stuff about Symbian
and Maemo. I thought that Nokia was developing Maemo as alternative to
Android and replacement for Symbian, but if Nokia is going to use
Windows Phone, then Maemo (and Qt) Open Source platform will lose
support and eventually deteriorate. The worst case that Nokia will
have to pay 20$ to 40$ for every phone sold without Windows Phone,
like it seems to happen with HTC on Android.

What does "franchising platform" mean? I can understand when there are
different companies that operate McDonald cafes in different
countries, but how can Symbian fit this scenario?

Should I add a tracker item so this won't be forgotten?

It would be nice to review this info every year or so.
Does bugzilla support recurring tickets? =)
