Binary packaging of PySide for different platforms is a community effort
and the packages might become available somewhat later than the source
code releases done by the core dev team. Furthermore, only the latest
version, 1.0.8, includes experimental Python 3.2 support.
The latest Mac OS X binaries are available on this page:
http://developer.qt.nokia.com/wiki/PySide_Binaries_MacOSX
Since 1.0.8 packages haven't yet been prepared for Mac, your best option
might be to compile it for yourself.
