At the moment, Marcelo is marked as the Lead (default assignee) for all
PySide components in Jira, so he's probably the only one who can do it
(unless even he can't, in which case we just need to request the version
numbers to be created).
At the moment, when you try to report a new bug, the "Affects Versions"
field is fixed to None, and click on the Create button, you'll get the
error:
"Affects Version/s" field is required and the project "Pyside" does
not have any versions.
I'll request you to be assigned as the PySide project lead in Jira. Or
actually, you could first check with Marcelo whether he can do the
reassignment himself.
