I added a comment to the issue containing a work around (specifying the 
default-constructor attribute in typesystem_core_common.xml).
I suppose that this is not the supposed way to fix the source of the problem 
since the default constructor should be guessed correctly automatically.

Can someone give me any hint where to look further?
If not, is it possible that this work around makes it into the next patch 
release?
