Hi, i m currently have try all workaround about a bug in version 1.0.2-1maemo1+0m6. i've found the bug report about it, but i m sure it was reported, was about qtextedit and qtextdocument which make python interpreter segfault.
Anyway, this bug is fixed with more recent release, but i m in front of a problem : i can't update pyside as the target platform is harmattan, and the PySide packages are under protection of aegis, and Nokia will not push anymore update to Meego harmattan or maybe if we are lucky, just for security issues.
