Only on LP64 systems. Windows is not such a system. (Nor, in general, is 
there any guarantee about the relation between sizeof(long) and 
sizeof(void*).)

On windows (eliding sizeof()), int == long <= void* <= long long, with 
the <= depending on 32- vs. 64-bit mode.
