Nr 4 has my preference The graphic from that one (without the text) also makes a usable and recognisable icon (for desktop, website favicon.ico etc). #5 has the same advantage but makes it too much of an Ubuntu color scheme clone.
Several others are Pleasing as well, but don't have the iconifiable (?) advantage of #4.
