Just enabled it for qutebrowser as well, and the first thing it did is adding a
comment to the first issue I opened after enabling it, in my name, without any
indication that it's not from me:

Could've sent a mail or something, or at the very least indicate where the
comment is from - this is definitely the worst way to do something like this.

YMMV, but I'm quite close to just turning it off again for qutebrowser...
