No, just before I wrote it, you suggested that we didn't need to contact the editors to add a new PEP to the index (just grab an unallocated number). If someone wants to take over the PEP, that would be great. I wrote it because I wanted to summarize the enormous threads on python-dev related to the subject. If no one does anything, I will try to make time to get it more up-to-date.
