Several times now I've heard from users who cannot access ftp.4suite.org. It's a problem we've had since we migrated to a hosting solution with a heavy, managed firewall, to beef up security. We're trying to work out the FTP problems but meanwhile, don't forget that you can get 4Suite on SourceForge:
