EpiGrass (epigrass.sourceforge.net) is a platform for network epidemiological simulation and analysis. It enables researchers to perform comprehensive spatio-temporal simulations incorporating epidemiological data and models for disease transmission and control in order to create sophisticated scenario analyses.
Epigrass is a pure python application and plans to stay that way. It is supported on linux only but wellcomes volunteers willing to try to make it run on other platforms. enjoy!
