meta-package for easier development and deployment:

- Add "tell" to the API of file resources (only implemented by memory

- Improved stability for the web server. We catch unexpected exceptions
in a couple of places more, and send an "Internal Server Error" response
to the browser; instead of crashing the server.

- Add "igraph" to the collection of scripts; it draws a class diagram
with the inheritance hierarchy. By Luis Belmar-Letelier [#219]
