It's a simple and
small module I've written to allow some network-aware Python
scripts to connect
through proxy servers.
It implements the
Socks4 (including Socks4a), Socks5 and HTTP-Tunneling
(CONNECT method)
protocols.
Currently it
supports only outgoing TCP connections. Incoming and UDP may
be supported in the
future.
