Release 00.08.01 This is the fifth public release of LD Backup and it is not quite 'ready'. The purpose of this release is to get some feedback and maybe find a developer or two to contribute. It is a small project to encourage newbies to Python to take part in OSS software. The program has been tested on Windows XP SP2 and on Ubuntu Linux 6.06 so it may still need some work on other platforms. Cross-platform support is a high priority for version 1.0.
