Hi,
the DZUG has its annual Python/Zope/Plone conference coming up in early
September. It's mostly in German and features talks, open space, sprints
and lots of socializing.
There will be keynotes by Gary Poster (Canonical/Launchpad), Marc-Andre
Lemburg, and Matthew Wilkes.
