Please note that this message will contain a full copy of the comment thread, including the initial issue submission, for this request, not just the latest update. Category: Documentation Group: Python 2.5 >Status: Closed >Resolution: Fixed Priority: 5 Submitted By: Chris Connett (cconnett) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Library Reference Section 5.1.8.1 is wrong. Initial Comment: The examples section of the datetime doc is out of date. The example says that the datetime class doesn't support strptime directly, but as of Python 2.5, it does. I think the whole example is obsolete, and should probably be deleted. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Georg Brandl (gbrandl) Date: 2006-09-30 09:07 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=849994 Thanks for the report, fixed in rev. 52063, 52064 (2.5). ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=105470&aid=1566663&group_id=5470 _______________________________________________ Python-bugs-list mailing list Unsubscribe: http://mail.python.org/mailman/options/python-bugs-list/archive%40mail-archive.com
