For packaging, the situation is different: there is no local script anymore, people will have to invoke the global pysetup command. Would it work if I add a note like this:
In order to run pysetup commands, you need to add the Python Scripts directory to your PATH *include link to relevant section of docs.python.org/using*. BTW, do scripts work without file extensions, or does the installer add .py?
