Please, review. After the first commit, I will try to make it compatible with MacOS and FreeBSD. Current target is Solaris and derivatives (OpenIndiana, for instance) Stan Cox, if you want systemtap compatibility at this moment, please provide a patch. The first patch doesn't need "ustack" compatibility.
