On my Windows IDLE, I have Options Font Face set to Lucida Sans Unicode, though I am not sure what has the widest coverage. This page https://www.microsoft.com/typography/fonts/font.aspx?FMID=1263 only mentions West Asian, but I seem to get more than that.
