New submission from Alexandre Fiori: It looks like module-cgi cannot handle GET and POST together when using FieldStorage. For instance, a <form action="script.py?key=value" action="post"> is available through cgi.FormContent but not cgi.FieldStorage when there are other <input> in the html form. Very strange.
