Larry Hastings added the comment: I expect to be pretty lenient when it comes to asyncio, as it has no installed base yet and is marked provisional. Also it has a lot of eyes on it right now, so I'm kind of assuming the vetting process for changes at this late date is getting a lot of scrutiny.
