New submission from Ned Deily: The SQLite project has requested that we consider shipping SQLite version 3.8.3 with the Windows and OS X binary installers for Python 3.4.0, primarily to make available support for the new Common Table Expressions feature. 3.8.3 is expected to be officially released 2014-02-03.
