POSIX standad:

I'm don't want to change the prototype in Python. Extract of Python 
documentation:

.. c:function:: void* PyMem_RawCalloc(size_t nelem, size_t elsize)

   Allocates *nelem* elements each whose size in bytes is *elsize* (...)
