STINNER Victor added the comment: zlibmodule_ssize_t_clean.patch: Patch to make the zlib module "ssize_t clean". The patch just defines PY_SSIZE_T_CLEAN, no "#" format is used. "./python -m test -v test_zlib" test pass on my 64-bit Linux.
