Tarek Ziadé <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> added the comment: I suppose the simplest way to deal with the problem is to force utf-8 encoding for the concerned fields, since this problem will dissapear in 3k. Here's a simplified patch, that does it, so write_pkg_file behaves as expected.
