Elena Oat added the comment: I submitted a patch for documentation changes related to strftime "%Y" directive inconsistencies. I am not sure that specifying the OS is correct, because I haven't tested the inconsistencies on all Linux PCs, Windows versions or OS X. I still left them there though, so let me know what's your opinion on it.
