Donald Stufft added the comment: Thanks for weighing in Theodore, I think that matches what Colm's last suggestion was, and what I was personally OK with. To seed our SipHash function using GRND_NONBLOCK since it's likely that will be fine, and worst case we're just using it for some hash tables.
