New submission from Ron Carr: Hi,
I am unable to install Python 3.6.0, 3.5.2 and 2.7.12, on my Windows 10 64 bit system, receive error message "A required privilege is not held by the client". I have turned UAC, and changed registry setting to zero. Also have ensured my Administrator has full access rights, but still get the same error. I have also turned off my virus checker. Any help would be greatly appeciated.
