Let's just add the unwrap() method to ssl.SSLSocket so that it could be be possible to go ahead with the current patch. Modifying it consists in just adding a new prot_c method (I could do that). As for the cacerts needed to be passed to FTP_TLS constructor you could do that afterwards.
