Steve Dower added the comment: FWIW, the one thing that might be implemented here is disabling the "for all users" checkbox when the option to install the launcher is disabled. But I think it's fairly clear what's implied there (that is to say, the checkbox not being disabled doesn't increase the confusion significantly :) )
The other checkboxes are in different contexts, and so deserve different text.
