Nick Coghlan <ncogh...@gmail.com> added the comment: Reverting my previous commit doesn't fix the problem: if both uuid-devel and libuuid-devel are installed, then it reports that the necessary bits to build _uuid weren't found, without even attempting to compile it at all.
