Hmm, normal class doesn't support issubclass(class-like. class).

```
Python 3.8.0a0 (heads/master:fc7df0e664, Mar  8 2018, 09:00:43)
[GCC 7.2.0] on linux
Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.
>>> import typing
>>> issubclass(typing.MutableMapping, object)
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "<stdin>", line 1, in <module>
TypeError: issubclass() arg 1 must be a class
>>> issubclass(typing.MutableMapping, type)
Traceback (most recent call last):
TypeError: issubclass() arg 1 must be a class
>>> issubclass(typing.MutableMapping, typing.Mapping)
True
```
