New submission from Craig Holmquist <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: The Start Menu icons created by the Python 2.6 installer use the old icons (the green snake, 4-bit color) instead of the new ones (blue and yellow snake, 24-bit color). This was observed on Windows XP. An installation of 2.5.2 on the same machine uses the new icons.
