Unfortunately, I don't have any better suggestion than trying to get your company policy changed :( The "clean room" feature of our installer is not configurable (and also not in our code, so we can't change it without going through the upstream project). You will likely have similar trouble with any other installer that uses the same project, which includes many of Microsoft's programs - if there is an exception for Microsoft signed code, perhaps you could request an exception for PSF signed code?
