There are still tests which fail when SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH env var is defined:
$ SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH=0 ./python -m test -j0 -r
(...)
3 tests failed:
test_cmd_line_script test_multiprocessing_main_handling test_runpy
