The installer hasn't changed since 3.7, so this seems unlikely to be a new issue. I see this line in your log file: MSI (s) (A8:D0) [13:09:39:028]: Ignoring disallowed property TARGETDIR Perhaps your IT department has configured some restrictions on installers?
