@Antoine: was there a design reason behind setting 'name' to '' when a Path objects was initialized with '.'? Is it to implicitly represent the current directory? @N.P.: we will have to think through the implications of this as I don't know if normalizing to 'name' being '' is the best way to resolve this inconsistency. ---------- nosy: +pitrou _______________________________________ Python tracker <rep...@bugs.python.org> <https://bugs.python.org/issue37130> _______________________________________ _______________________________________________ Python-bugs-list mailing list Unsubscribe: https://mail.python.org/mailman/options/python-bugs-list/archive%40mail-archive.com
