I've found that imghdr does not detect HEIF type yet. I'd like to propose adding to detect HEIF type. There's already real-life usage within HEIF (https://help.dropbox.com/en-es/installs-integrations/mobile/ios-formats) And also we can find a bunch of HEIF related programming issue such as Stack Overflow. IMHO, supporting the detecting HEIF type is not a bad idea.
