I was able to fix this problem quickly following these easy guide: First, you need to press the keys Win + R to open the Run dialog, there type the command msiexec /unreg and hit Enter Now, open the Run dialog again and this time, type the command msiexec /regserver, then hit Enter Finally, try to install python again.
