On the AArch64 RHEL8 buildbot, I managed to reproduce a ENV_CHANGED issue with only these two test_asyncio tests: test.test_asyncio.test_events.SelectEventLoopTests.test_create_server_ssl_verify_failed test.test_asyncio.test_events.SelectEventLoopTests.test_create_server_ssl_verified I'm running a bisect for like 2 hours...
