FWIW, I succeeded to inspect the class with importing the constant from the
base module as a workaround:
```
import inspect
import io
from io import DEFAULT_BUFFER_SIZE
class MyBufferedReader(io.BufferedReader):
"""buffer reader class."""
inspect.signature(MyBufferedReader)
```
