I downloaded the sources for python 3.8.8 (not tested with Python3.9.2. so far)and compiled it with enabled-optimisations parameter on a fresh Ubuntu 20.04 machine. Beside the test_ssl error (there is an existing workaround, but still not happy with that one tbh) I could solve, the test "test_webbrowser" fails and I don't know how to handle that one.
