Can you provide the full traceback log of at least one of the import failures. Try importing matplotlib, for example, and extract the traceback log. Usually this error occurs due to PATH conflicts. This issue is thoroughly discussed in https://github.com/pytorch/pytorch/issues/27693. You may find a answer there.
