Per PEP 545, you should probably raise this on the doc-sig mailing list (https://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/doc-sig), and/or one of the repos https://github.com/python/python-docs-zh-cn or https://github.com/python/python-docs-zh-cn. I'm going to close this issue here, since there's no action item for core python.
