I understand what you mean and I sympathize with it, but this is no different 
to random failures that we get in the other CI. 

The check is not failing constantly because otherwise no PRs could be merged 
and that's not what is happening.

I understand your points but my concerns remain: I don't think that's a good 
idea because then people will simply ignore it.
