In Python-2.6.3, test_pep263.py starts with the following line:
#! -*- coding: koi8-r -*-
When this is executed by a shell, it looks for the interpreter "-*-".
I guess the '!' is superfluous there, or it should be something like
#! /usr/bin/env python
# -*- coding: koi8-r -*-
instead.
