Patch for LineBreak.txt updated after UCD upgrade to 5.2. See details: http://bugs.python.org/issue7643#msg97483 Tests added to test_unicodedata. Backward compatibility concern: * it adds VT u'\x0b' and FF u'\x0c' as line breaks.
