New submission from anatoly techtonik <techto...@gmail.com>: I never used Python console much, but now I see it has a very annoying behavior under Windows Vista. By default entered char overwrites the char under cursor. If you press Insert key once - it allows to insert key, but after you press enter - overwrite mode is back.
