Mark Dickinson <dicki...@gmail.com> added the comment: Just to clarify: I'm not opposed to allowing arbitrary Unicode whitespace in the float, int, complex constructors (indeed, it's probably a good thing). But I'd like to see the change made consistently; for the complex constructor this looks a bit involved, so it would probably be cleaner to have a separate patch to make the whitespace changes.
